Omar Koury and Dean Obeidallah's A Few Good Arabs (short promo) premiered at the 4th Annual New-York Arab American Comedy Festival in November 2006. Nov 19, 2006 — As the 4th Annual New York Arab-American Comedy Festival wound up on November 19th, the cast and crew gathered for the official photo. Thanks to everyone who worked so hard on the Festival, the audience that came and supported us, and the venues for their hard work!

Jan 26, 2006 — On the final night of the New York Arab-American Comedy Festival in Los Angeles, there was a night of Stand-up Comedy at the Laugh Factory. Comics included Ahmed Ahmed, Jimmy Goson, Aron Kader, Ronnie Khalil, Nasry Malak, Helen Maalik, Dean Obeidallah, Maysoon Zayid. The show was sold out in advance to the point that some audience members had to watch broadcasts on TV sets in the performer's Green Room! Thanks for bearing with us folks!

Jan 25, 2006 — Welcome to 'A' Date, an international Arab dating service, owned and run by the neurotic Miriam Shelebeh, whose single aim is to marry off her unwilling daughter Lamia, an aspiring musician and singer. A wild ride of misunderstandings, miscommunications and misplaced videos... "Secular, Christian, Muslim or Gay, we'll find you a match the Arabic way...don't just go on THE date, go on A DATE." Directed by Shoshana Gold. 

Jan 25, 2006 — Hi Joan tells the story of an encounter between Joan, a US Postal Service employee, and Dania, a Palestinian American woman who is trying to mail a package to her grandmother in Bethlehem. The LA performances featured Maha Chehlaoui as "Susan". Cowritten with the Nibras Ignition Workshop and directed by Nathalie Handal. 

Jan 25, 2006 — Halfway through the LA showcase of the New York Arab-American Comedy Festival, the cast headed for Hollywood Boulevard for a photo shoot. Landmarks we aimed for included Mann's Chinese Theater, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Hollywood sign, and anything that looked vaguely interesting along the way.

Directed by Abigail Marateck-Younis.
