| Nicholas Kattar |
Nicholas Kattar is an actor, writer and musician of Lebanese descent. He is currently writing his first screenplay and is also in the process of getting some commercial ideas produced. In 2004 he received his Bachelor's of Music degree in piano and songwriting from Berkley College of Music. For the past four years he has been a working actor in film and theater. He was the lead role in the Indie horror flick
Consequences which won the award for best thriller in the 2006 New York Film and Video Festival. His most recent and proudest achievement to date though is recent Children's Tour with Theaterworks USA in a production of
Charlotte's Web. For three months as Templeton the Rat he had the joy of entertaining thousands of children all across the U.S. and Canada. He realized there was nothing like the sound of two thousand kids in one theater laughing hysterically. As an added blessing he received his card and is now a proud member of The Actors' Equity Association. A dream come true that four years ago he never thought possible. The journey continues, and with his teachers' wisdom, family's faith and most of all God's love he will keep putting one foot forward. And last but not least thank you to my one true love, The most beautiful and cherished girl of them all, New York City! I LOVE YOU NEW YORK!
