Meena Dimian has been climbing the NYC comedy circuit in leaps and bounds. His lovable and stimulating appeal has caught the attention of audiences and industry figures since his first step on stage. Meena's comedy engages the audience while finding big laughs at every hilarious observation. Born to Egyptian parents in New York, his influences spawned from an early fascination with masters like Johnny Carson and Bill Cosby. As an actor, Meena recently played the lead in the 2008 NY Fringe Festival's feature
"Meanwhile in Baghdad," which received 4 stars from Time-Out NY Magazine. He currently hosts the Emmy Nominated
"CityScoop" every week on NYC-TV and performed all over the country and in many events, shows and comedy festivals overseas. He has been featured on TLC, Comedy Central and CNN and recently was one of the winners of NBC's
National Stand-Up for Diversity Initiative.
