Ryan Jaber

Ryan Jaber is a Lebanese-American born and raised in Dearborn, MI. He has enjoyed comedic writing as far back as he can remember. He has continued writing both as an undergrad at the University of Michigan and currently while at Dartmouth Medical School. This is his first entry to the festival.

In Ann Arbor Ryan was integral in helping organize, write and host U-M's Arab comedy & culture show, ArabXpressions, for three years and returned in 2008 as a stand-up performer. He also spent two years as a satirical cartoonist for the university's newspaper. At Dartmouth he has maintained this commitment by co-organizing and performing in the annual Second-Year Students Skits Night. He is currently finishing up his second year and searching for the light at the end of the tunnel.
