Nilou Safinya

Nilou Safinya is delighted to be a part of the NYAACF for the first time! She graduated from Columbia University with a dual BA in Theatre and Psychology, and is trying to tackle the NY theatre scene as an aspiring director. She is currently an assistant director for Othello at Juilliard.

Director: A Statement After an Arrest Under the Immorality Act (Thesis Festival, Barnard Theatre), The Samantha Show (Columbia University Performing Arts League), 3 annual Student-Written Showcases (Columbia University).
