Abigail Marateck Younis

Abigail Marateck directed Browntown at the 2003 Festival and Layla's Sahra in 2004.

Among her New York credits are nude in 3 acts (Access Theater), Fit For Feet by Jordan Harrison (Vital Theater), Cabin 12 by John Bishop (Brooklyn College), Silence by Moira Buffini (Brooklyn College), and Browntown by Sam Younis (Lucille Lortel).

She assistant directed on Disney's The Lion King this past year and has also worked with Tina Landau. She has an MFA from Brooklyn College.
